It has been a minute since I dabbed up a good batter, so to remedy this, I dove headfirst into the Sunnies Strawberry Chem Kush Live Resin Batter Baller Jar by the dedicated lab crew at SunMed. For those who have been reading my humble opinions over the years, you will know that budders/batters are my personal favorite genre of dabs because the extraction process typically leaves in more fats/waxes from the plant, which, I feel, enriches the flavor. With that being said, this batch of Strawberry Chem Kush could be a budder, batter, sauce or shatter, and I would be adequately blown away by its unique terpene profile and luscious palate performance.
SunMed’s Dutch-style greenhouse lets plants enjoy the benefit of sunlight, which in turn is freshly frozen and processed in-house to produce an array of full-spectrum live dabs, effectively packaging sunshine in terpene form. The Strawberry Chem Kush has a really spectacular balance of those sunlight-induced terpenes, with limonene and terpinolene in unison tempering a myrcene top note that is a fantastic bouquet of fruits. Together, these terpenes form some of the most popular citrus, berry and overall tropical fruit notes, and to have them all together in one robust profile is a treat that no one should pass up. If you need a moody uplift in the wintry wilds, this dab is not only delicious, but it’s euphoric as well.
The fruit-laden sunshine is not only captured in the flavor profile, but it also manages to touch the mood in all the right uplifting and creative ways that we need to get through winter sadness and early sunsets. Limonene is a known serotonin dump, but when combined with terpinolene, I experience a surge of serotonin and can feel my worries melt away like the last snow at spring’s dawn. We all need a delicious dab sometimes, and we surely could all use a mood boost, and for both, I recommend Sunnies Strawberry Chem Kush batter. The smooth high is here for all your winter needs, and I would be curious to note how many types of fruit you can identify in a single dab.
