Kings & Queens is a relatively new concentrate brand to hit the Maryland market, courtesy of the team at Vireo Health – and they’re setting the bar high with their debut run of Terple live resin sugar.
I personally had never seen such a combination of terpenes in a profile before (a super rare 1:1 ratio of nerolidol:linalool), so naturally, it had to be the one I tried. The nose alone was worth the purchase, as it combines excellent attributes of its parents – Tropicanna Cookies and Slurricane #7 – providing a rich amalgamation of fruity candy and effervescent florals. The aroma reminds me of candied orange peels and lime Starbursts rolled around in rose petals, with just a dollop of hibiscus water. The smell is truly appetizing but again, the headspace was my primary goal of exploring. Indeed, nerolidol has been suggested to be even more sedative and couch-locky than the common myrcene, making it an excellent test to compare effects.
I really have not seen much nerolidol on the market. This is such a shame because my goodness, does the Terple create a powerful experience. The first dab instantly permeated my membranes and spread throughout my body to create an almost instantaneous sense of calm and relief. The unclenching of my body was immediate, however, it didn’t stop there.
I was lulled into one of the single most comfortable, stoney highs that I have ever experienced. Now for those of you who enjoy a more cerebral and uplifting high, this might not be the best for you. But for those of you with heavy pain, anxiety and sleep needs, or who have an affinity for the heavy couchlockers of the world – Terple is worth exploring.
This was a truly luscious and lucid stoner fog. Able to cocoon in my bed and putter around the house, the Terple had me stoned in such a comfortable way. Imagine your heaviest, cloudiest high, and then picture that high enveloping you deeper – but in such a gentle manner that nary a thought of anxiety or paranoia enters the mind.
Kings & Queens will have to keep sending out the unique terpene profiles, having led off their brand with this delightful dab. For those of you seeking to add some notes about nerolidol to your terp journal, check out the Terple live resin sugar and see what kind of reaction you get!
