Speaking with Punchkin’s owner Mike, he shared that after cooking professionally for over a decade, he decided to go all-in on his side project when the hype and demand became too overwhelming. “It’s been a blessing that people really seem to enjoy what we’re putting out,” said Mike. “I truly love doing this and these last three years have been life-changing. Food, Cannabis and helping people are my passions. I feel blessed to get to wake up and do all three everyday.”

I went back for seconds after a few hours and drifted into a happy, hazy, cloud-like high for the remainder of my evening.
