Yamba Floss

from Yamba

This summertime treat offers nostalgia as well as a carnival of THC-laden flavor.

As we tip-toe into summer and each day brings us closer to all the things we love about this time of year,

Yamba Floss will transport you back to standing in line at your favorite summer event – anxiously waiting for a handheld, pink and blue cloud of delight.

Spun sugar floss has roots all the way back to the World’s Fair in 1908, when a remarkable collaboration with dentist William Morrison and Tennessee candy-maker John Wharton created the candy floss we know today. But the original gets a new age twist with the Yamba Floss, bringing Cannabis infusion to the summertime classic.

The Yamba Floss version stands out because they created their own Cannabis-infused sugar which they then flavor and color. I recently indulged in the blueberry-strawberry and lemon-lime varieties, both of which delighted the taste buds with summertime vibes. When sharing with friends, all were impressed. The 10-15mg dose per person summoned a nice case of giggles and hilarity to the evening, ultimately enlivening our dinner and nixing our dessert from the menu.

The aforementioned laughter is a testament to the quick onset of the Yamba Floss. As sugar floss basically melts in your mouth upon contact, the effects function more like a sublingual dose of THC. We’re talking 15-20 minutes until you’re high, not 90. I found that half of a 25mg package was my sweet spot, but admittedly, the tastiness had me craving more. Sweet tooths beware … there’s a carnival of THC-laden flavor and fun in each and every bite.

Yamba Floss has nailed the classic, billowy, soft texture and nostalgic scent of sweet fruit we all remember. So if you can’t make it to the fair, circus or carnival this summer, you can always pick up some of this product for a throwback treat that’s sure to make you smile.
