Rehashed: The 2026 Oregon Leaf Bowl

Industry veterans and newcomers alike supported each other in Cannabis camaraderie during the Oregon Leaf Bowl.

Every year, the best growers and processors in Oregon meet for a showdown of meteoric proportions — flower against flower, concentrate against concentrate, edible against edible. Producers compete in a number of categories, vying for first-place and runner-up trophies in a harrowing gauntlet against their peers in recreational Cannabis.

Let’s get ready to rumble because it’s time to rehash the 2026 Oregon Leaf Bowl.

With over 2,000 attendees present throughout the day’s festivities, 2026’s Leaf Bowl represented the biggest and best iteration of the event yet. Throughout half a decade of hosting this prestigious competition, Leaf Magazines has created something genuinely exceptional, with this year’s affair feeling more like a festival or a community convention than a run-of-the-mill Cannabis function.

The revelry took place in rural Sandy at Camp Tasty, home of Tasty’s edibles. Complete with pristine nature vistas, several acres of open fields and a nearby creek, the setting was ideal for a ganja-themed gathering. It felt like Mother Nature provided a special dose of PNW spring weather for the event — warm and sunny with just the right amount of cloud coverage. A rustic barn on-site served as the location for the award ceremony, with seating and standing room available inside the structure.

Featuring about 50 vendor booths set up around the perimeter of the property, the layout surrounded a large, grassy meadow. The area provided abundant space for lines to form at each kiosk, as well as a clear expanse for seshing, eating or just lounging in the sun and soaking up the vibes. Tables and chairs were also set up under a large tent in the center of the field for anyone looking to stay out of the weather while partaking.

A Cannabis carnival of sorts, many of the vendors created engaging displays or activities for the crowd to enjoy. Mule Extracts and Yamba Junk served up their usual nonmedicated slushie and cotton candy samples, while Garden First ran a raffle for functional glass art from Windstar Glass. Leaf even partnered with Nomad Axe Throwing for an ax-throwing booth with a chance to win a sculptural pipe shaped like a glass dagger, and Buddies hosted a Putt, Putt, Pass mini-golf experience with merchandise given out on a hole-in-one.

The artist alley for the event hosted an array of local legends and Leaf Bowl alumni, including Windstar Glass, Hood Rat Shit Glass, Ridiculouslee, Sophisticated Dab Tools and TismWear Clothing Company. The workmanship on display was dazzling, making these stalls some of the most aesthetic and compelling portions of the fair to walk through.

In terms of sustenance, Fat Kid Food Company, NE Creperie and The Mobile Scoop Shop held down an impromptu food cart pod on one end of the field. With the businesses serving up a smorgasbord of stoney selections, munchie-seeking eventgoers were eager to sample all the diverse, delectable dishes.

As with any Leaf Bowl, the crescendo and climax of the entire spectacle was the award show, emceed by Kidd Conez. Being present in a room full of Oregon’s finest producers is an electric experience, especially in those moments of tension leading up to a victor being declared. With each category came the announcement of a runner-up and a first-place winner, followed by explosions of cheering and celebration from the congregated crowd. Seeing industry veterans and newcomers alike supporting each other in Cannabis camaraderie is an exciting and wholesome part of the culture to witness. Some of the biggest winners of the night included State 3, Bald Peak Farm, Left Coast Standard and Farmer’s Friend Extracts, who all took home multiple trophies from the different categories they competed in.

Leaf Bowl represents so many things: a championship, a gathering, a celebration of all things Cannabis industry related. For Leaf Magazines, it also serves as an opportunity to honor the very community and culture that makes Cannabis journalism a reality

We are so incredibly grateful for the space we hold here in Oregon, as well as in the minds and hearts of our readers. An unparalleled amount of appreciation to our Leaf Bowl presenting sponsor Advanced Nutrients, hospitality sponsor Truth Dispensary, intake partner Smooth Roots, preroll sponsor RollPros, vendors and attendees.
