Ambrosia Live Resin All-In-One Device

from White Label Extracts

A drop in muscle tension and a craving for creativity led us right back to pen and paper.

Vape pens, in all their forms and formulations, have impacted our industry immensely. This sector of products has provided an alternative (and often more inclusive or user-friendly) way to enjoy extracts and concentrates, along with pocketable portability that offers modern consumers more freedom.

In the last several years, this area of production has included a tidal wave of all-in-one technology. In a space where we often battled broken batteries or simply our own obliviousness (there is a battery-sucking black hole somewhere, surely), it’s easy to understand the fuel behind this phenomenon.

All-in-one vapes are offered by a broad array of brands. But in this issue, we invite you to check out the newest product line from White Label Extracts in Eugene. It’s a collaboration with Indigo Gardens out of Applegate, Oregon, which has cultivated a captivating Ambrosia. The team at White Label worked this sweet-earthy, essence-of-hops, peppery profile from the plant, and lovingly ladled it into one-gram units.

The devices themselves are sleek, rectangular models with a built-in battery and USB-C charging port. A slim window provides a peek at the live resin without exposing it to too much light, and inside, a ceramic heating core keeps each puff at the perfect temperature. The scannable QR code on each box leads to an online panel of SC Labs PhytoFacts that includes more information on cannabinoids, terpenes, aroma, flavor and potential effects.

The cultivar Ambrosia offers a balance of effects that, for the sake of scientific strategy, we opted to experience before looking at SC Labs’ predictions. A drop in muscle tension and a craving for creativity led us right back to pen and paper. A post-puff peek at the PhytoFacts revealed a relevant set of expert expectations, with “comfort” and “inspiration” noted under Indigo’s Ambrosia “Entourage Effects.” That certainly checks out.
