Modest to Broadest
This enterprise started in a tiny trailer with visions of turning it into one of the premier shops on the Olympic Peninsula. General Manager Derek Christiansen, a local from Bremerton who started his legal Cannabis career as a budtender at a local dispo, worked his way up the ladder by showing creativity and ambition. Well, it didn’t take long for his success story to gain traction. The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, which owns the shop, supported the team’s vision by building an entirely new structure that blows the minds of folks passing along the highway. Now they all get to prove their pride daily in a state-of-the-art building.
Good Neighbors
There’s no coincidence that this structure is exactly 4,200 square feet. The spacious open floor plan dwarfs any store in the area, giving them the authority to add new brands nearly every week. They love to specialize in local farms like Eagle Tree and THC Supreme to provide the community with some bragging rights. Inside, customers are surrounded by a cool wrap that showcases a 360-degree panoramic view of some local scenery.
Comfort Zone
One of the safest shops in the state (yes, that’s a real concern in this predominantly cash business), they recently won the 2023 award for Best Cannabis Dispensary in the “Best of Kitsap.” In fact, they’ve got a separate medical room just for patients. And if you’re on the hunt for some of the best flower grown locally, try their in-house brand, Ascension. Lastly, the famed “Guru of Ganja” Ed Rosenthal recently held a book signing there to show his support and the place was bustling!
