Savoring the Victory

Owner Jennifer Strom was stagnant and frustrated in her previous career in the promotional industry when she entered the Cannabis lottery at the beginning of legalization, hoping for salvation from her employer that offered little room for advancement. Like many of us, she made a deal with herself that she would move every mountain if that’s what it took to make a life as a cannapreneur, and lo and behold, the gamble has paid off. Now she considers every day a blessing while standing resilient to the challenges of this journey, basking in a higher level of gratitude that she imparts to her dedicated team.

Flavor Dominator

With a huge selection of vendors, every customer is certain to get the experience they expect. Operating a rare woman-owned business in the industry, Jennifer finds it important to cater to a female audience where comfort is the key. With an expanded horseshoe-shaped interior, you’ll find a comprehensive area dedicated entirely to pre-rolls, which are the most highly sought-after products on the market. Beautiful handmade cabinets break up the flowing white interior, accentuated by an extra-large drink refrigerator, perfect for finding your preferred quench for the summer heat.

They’ve Got Taste

With creating a community business that the city can hang its hat on, she set out to partner with like-minded farms to make a positive impact by changing how Gig Harbor perceives Cannabis. This meant initiating pet food drives, donating anonymously to schools and helping the community the best they can within legal state guidelines. And check this out: for the past two years in a row, they’ve had the great honor of hoisting the Weedmaps trophy for Best Boutique Retailer in Washington state. Wow! And they’re one of the only medically endorsed stores in the area, so if you’re a patient, come get your meds!

About Mike Ricker

The first time Ricker smoked weed was at a Santana concert at the age of 12. He then followed in his footsteps as an award-winning radio personality who became notorious for offering a stage for bong toking listeners in 9 different markets over 20 years. In 2016, the Cannabis industry came calling and the rest is history.
