Shop Review: Thur’s Smoke Shop

'We have a strong community of solventless lovers at our shop.'

High in the hills of Pendleton, Thur’s Smoke Shop has quietly built a reputation as a true destination for concentrate lovers. It’s the kind of shop where the fridge isn’t just stocked, it’s been intentionally curated, with a clear focus on showcasing solventless products and small-batch producers.

A big part of that identity comes from Terpy Tony, a longtime team member who’s been helping shape both the culture and the education behind the counter for the last five years. Serving as both a trusted budtender and the shop’s social media lead, Tony has leaned heavily into catering to the many high-end concentrate connoisseurs in town.

“We have a strong community of solventless lovers at our shop. This concentrate fridge is really special to me — I take a lot of pride in it,” he shared. “We showcase single-source farms and processors from all over Oregon at the highest standards. You can travel across the entire state, but you won’t find a selection quite like the one we have here in Pendleton.”

Beyond the selection, the savings at Thur’s are top notch. Instead of a traditional loyalty program or perks system, they keep things refreshingly simple by focusing on fair, accessible pricing every day. It’s a straightforward approach that fits the shop’s overall vibe of keeping it real and keeping it quality. You can expect rotating daily deals on top-tier brands — from Focus North Garden and Lower Left Organics to Livetia Farms and Grape God — plus a full lineup of Cannabis essentials and accessories.

Looking ahead, Thur’s is already bringing the heat for the summer and beyond, centered around a highly anticipated drop of GasSquatch by Brave Hearts this August.

“These limited drops always sell out fast, so definitely put it on your calendar,” Tony noted. “We’re also very proud to be the Pendleton exclusive for Brave Hearts’ Private Reserve line.”

Whether you’re waiting for the freshest GasSquatch drop or looking to try some new terpenes, you definitely don’t want to miss this hidden gem for dabbers in eastern Oregon. Thur’s is open daily with a menu that is updated each morning.
